Location was perfect. Received free upgrade due to no disability bars in shower. I liked the setup of the fridge and microwave but the cabinet needs to be labeled as we were there 2 days before discovering.

I loved that the manger was so understanding being that i traveled with 5 kids and i had the deposit in cash which the take it on card but it was 2 am and hectic but she worked with me! And the breakfast was great!! And right down the street from the airport like 7 min or so

the staff wad exceptional as they went out of their way for customer service, providing transportation to a restaurant & then the cruise port the next morning when this was not part of of the hotels standard service.

Parking, clean, friendly staff Upon arrival the front desk clerk Yura was friendly and make sure we had a smooth check in. Good and hot breakfast and the staff made sure we were accommodated for our stay.

The set up was nice. Booking was clear and easy- no issues when we got to the hotel @6:25 am. All I had to do was sign and grab keys! That's a HUGE plus because after an 8 hour overnight drive no one wants a hassle! Breakfast was nice. We had brand new towels and linen ( loved that)! Parking was decent and the tenants are respectful. This was Labor day weekend and to our surprise it wasn't overwhelmingly loud. Another HUGE plus! Last but not least -location, location, location! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for us!
